You agree not to use Omni to:

1. Break the law, or infringe or violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

2. Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that harasses or threatens others.

3. Send unwanted invitations: adding people to projects who have not agreed to hear from you, using project or display names to send spam, advertising, scams, phishing or misleading text, or sending large numbers of invitations to unrelated addresses.

4. Impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent your relationship with Canvs.

5. Capture pages you may not capture: use the screenshot feature on pages you have no right to capture, to collect personal data, to get around a site's access controls, or to overload a site.

6. Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of Omni, bypass rate limits or authentication, or interfere with other users' access. (To report a vulnerability, see the Security page.)

7. Reverse engineer Omni, scrape it at scale, or use automated means to create accounts or load it beyond normal use.

8. Share your account or access with others in a way that gets around any limits.

9. Upload malware or content designed to harm systems.

We may remove content, limit features such as invitations, or suspend accounts that break this policy, with or without notice depending on the risk. Report a violation at support@canvs.in.
